VTC Member Activity
The Member Activity page in your company management panel shows how active each member is and lets staff manage inactivity policy and leave requests. Open it from the sidebar (/vtc/@handle/manage/member-activity).
Access requires the management.members.view_activity permission. Owners always have access.
Activity statuses
Section titled “Activity statuses”Each member has an activity status based on their recent participation:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Participated recently |
| At risk | Inactive for a while and close to the inactivity threshold |
| Inactive | Inactive for longer than the allowed period |
| On leave | Covered by an approved leave request |
| Exempt | Exempt from activity requirements |
The page shows days since each member was last active and how many events they joined in the review period.
Inactivity policy
Section titled “Inactivity policy”Staff can set the maximum number of inactive days allowed before a member is marked inactive. Members marked inactive can be removed from the company or given a leave request to protect their membership.
Leave requests
Section titled “Leave requests”Members can request leave if they cannot participate for a while. Staff review pending requests and approve or reject them. Approved leave protects the member from the inactivity policy until the leave ends.
