Verified VTC Program Rules

The Verified VTC Program recognizes authentic, active, and well-managed Virtual Trucking Companies on TrucklineMP. Verified VTCs receive a blue verification badge and access to additional platform features.

  • You must be the owner of the VTC or hold the management.vtc.edit permission.
  • Your VTC must not already be verified.
  • The Verified VTC Program must be currently accepting applications (check the status on your VTC’s Verified Status page).
  1. Navigate to your VTC’s management panel.
  2. Select Verified Status from the sidebar.
  3. Review the program requirements displayed on the page.
  4. Click Apply for Verification to open the application form.
  5. Complete all required questions accurately.
  6. (Optional) Provide a Discord webhook URL to receive status notifications.
  7. Submit your application.
  • Your application will enter Pending Review status.
  • The Truckline moderation team will review your submission.
  • You may be moved to Under Review while your application is being evaluated.
  • You will be notified of the decision via:
    • The status displayed on your VTC’s Verified Status page.
    • A Discord webhook notification (if provided).
  • If your application is rejected, you must wait 30 days before reapplying.
  • If your application is withdrawn, you may submit a new application immediately.
  • You may withdraw your application at any time while it is Pending or Under Review.
  • Withdrawn applications can be replaced with a new submission immediately.

The following requirements must be met for your VTC to be approved for verification:

  • Your VTC must be a legitimate and active virtual trucking community.
  • Your VTC must have a complete profile, including:
    • A valid VTC name and handle.
    • A description or slogan.
    • Contact information (website, email, Discord, or social media).
  • Your VTC must comply with all TrucklineMP Terms of Service and community guidelines.

If your VTC maintains an active profile on another virtual trucking platform (for example, TruckersMP), a portion of the drivers on that external roster must also be members of your VTC on TrucklineMP. The required overlap scales with your external roster size — larger communities are expected to have a stronger presence here.

This requirement applies when you have one or more external profiles linked or disclosed in your application (e.g. a TruckersMP VTC page URL). If you have no external VTC profile, this section does not apply.

Use the row that matches the driver count on your largest disclosed external VTC profile. You must meet both the percentage and the minimum absolute count for that tier (whichever calculation requires more members wins).

External driversRequired overlap on TrucklineMP
1–19At least 8 members
20–49At least 25%, minimum 12 members
50–99At least 30%, minimum 18 members
100–199At least 35%, minimum 40 members
200–399At least 40%, minimum 90 members
400+At least 45%, minimum 160 members

Examples

  • 15 drivers on TruckersMP → need 8 on TrucklineMP.
  • 40 drivers on TruckersMP → 25% = 10, but the tier minimum is 12 → need 12 on TrucklineMP.
  • 80 drivers on TruckersMP → 30% = 24 on TrucklineMP.
  • 150 drivers on TruckersMP → 35% = 53 on TrucklineMP.
  • 350 drivers on TruckersMP → 40% = 140 on TrucklineMP.

Percentages are rounded up to the nearest whole driver. Staff count overlap from the external roster you disclose — inactive or duplicate entries may be excluded at review.

  • You must meet the tier for your external roster size at the time of application.
  • Applications below the required overlap may be rejected until TrucklineMP membership catches up.
  • You are expected to stay within your tier. A sustained drop more than 10 percentage points below your tier’s percentage, or below your tier’s absolute minimum, may trigger a review and can affect verified status.
  • Short-term dips (e.g. after a recruitment drive on another platform) are understood; contact staff if you expect a temporary change.

The application form includes questions configured by the Truckline team. These may include:

  • Your VTC’s TruckersMP page URL (if applicable).
  • Details about your VTC’s structure, rules, and activity.
  • Links to your VTC’s Discord server or website.
  • A Discord webhook URL for receiving verification status notifications.

All required fields must be completed truthfully. Incomplete or misleading applications will be rejected.

  • AI-generated banners
  • AI-generated website content or landing pages presented as your VTC’s official site
  • Any other AI-generated images, video, or media used in your VTC profile, page sections, or branding

Using AI-generated media may result in removal of verified or partnered status and a requirement to replace affected assets.

The following actions may result in immediate removal of verified status:

  • Violating the TrucklineMP Terms of Service.
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Using the VTC for illegal activities.
  • Falsifying information on your VTC profile or application.
  • Transferring VTC ownership to an ineligible user.
  • Failing to respond to moderation inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Using AI-generated profile pictures, banners, website content, or other AI-generated media on your VTC page or as official VTC branding.
  • Verified status may be revoked by the Truckline moderation team at any time if your VTC fails to comply with these rules.
  • If your verified status is revoked, you may reapply after addressing the issues that led to the revocation.
  • Revocation is permanent for the current application cycle. You must submit a new application after the revocation.
  • Verified VTCs are subject to name change cooldowns to prevent abuse.
