VTC Support Tickets

VTC Support gives your members a direct line to staff — separate from TrucklineMP’s own support system, which is for platform-level issues.

  1. Go to your VTC or VBC’s profile
  2. Open /vtc/@handle/support (or /vbc/@handle/support)
  3. Pick a category, write a subject and message, and submit

Staff are notified and can reply directly in the ticket thread.

  1. Open your Manage panel
  2. Select Support
  • Filter by status (Open, In Progress, Waiting on User, Resolved, Closed), category, priority, assignment, or search
  • Claim unassigned tickets or filter to Assigned to me
  • Reply, change status, and set priority from the ticket thread

At-a-glance metrics show open tickets, tickets waiting on the user, tickets assigned to you, unassigned tickets, and average satisfaction rating.

Staff with the Support Settings permission can configure:

  • Categories — custom ticket categories with colors
  • Canned reply templates — reusable responses for common questions

”Members can’t find the support page”

Section titled “”Members can’t find the support page””

Confirm VTC Support is enabled for your company, and share the direct link: /vtc/@handle/support.

”I can’t see the Support tab in Manage”

Section titled “”I can’t see the Support tab in Manage””

You need at least support.view (or management.vtc.edit, which always grants access).

”I can’t edit categories or templates”

Section titled “”I can’t edit categories or templates””

Editing configuration requires support.settings, which is separate from ticket-handling permissions.
