VTC & VBC Analytics

The Analytics tab in your management panel gives staff a quick read on how your company is trending over the last 90 days — no spreadsheet exports required.

  1. Open your VTC or VBC Manage panel
  2. Select Analytics from the sidebar
  3. Or navigate directly to /vtc/@handle/manage/analytics (or /vbc/@handle/manage/analytics)

The tab only appears for staff whose role holds the analytics.view permission. See Roles & Permissions to grant it.

All charts cover a rolling 90-day window.

Members joined and members who left, per day. Useful for spotting recruitment pushes or unusual churn.

Two figures tracked separately by the date they actually happened:

  • Submitted — counted on the day the application was filed
  • Accepted / Rejected — counted on the day staff reviewed it, not the day it was submitted

This means an application submitted on one day and accepted a few days later shows up correctly on both dates, instead of bunching everything on the submission day.

Members marked as Going for each event held in the window, so you can compare turnout across events.

Reactions and comments on VTC News posts, per day — a quick signal for which announcements actually land with members.

Analytics has its own permission slug, separate from general management access:

PermissionWhat it grants
analytics.viewView the Analytics tab and its charts

Grant it to any role that should see company-level metrics — for example Management or a dedicated Staff role — from the Permissions tab in Roles & Permissions.

Your role doesn’t have the analytics.view permission yet. Ask an owner or admin to grant it.

Charts only render once there’s at least one data point in the last 90 days for that metric (for example, no applications submitted yet means an empty Applications chart).
