Partnered VTC Rules
Section titled “Partnered VTC Rules”The Partnered VTC Program recognizes exceptional Virtual Trucking Companies that have established a strong presence and positive relationship with the TrucklineMP community. Partnered VTCs receive a purple partner badge, enhanced visibility across the platform, and access to exclusive perks including a custom in-game truck livery.
Eligibility Requirements
Section titled “Eligibility Requirements”To be considered for Partnered status, your VTC must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Requirements
Section titled “Mandatory Requirements”- Verified Status: Your VTC must already hold Verified status in the Verified VTC Program.
- Active Membership: Your VTC must have a minimum of 50 active members who have participated in the last 30 days.
- Established History: Your VTC must have been operational on TrucklineMP for at least 6 months.
- Clean Record: Your VTC must have no recent violations of TrucklineMP rules or Terms of Service.
- Professional Presence: Your VTC must maintain:
- A complete and professional VTC profile on TrucklineMP.
- An active Discord server or equivalent community platform.
- A public-facing website or social media presence.
- Clear and accessible VTC rules and guidelines.
Quality Standards
Section titled “Quality Standards”- Regular Activity: Your VTC must demonstrate consistent activity through:
- Regular convoys, events, or operations.
- Active recruitment and member engagement.
- Consistent communication with members.
- Community Reputation: Your VTC must have a positive reputation within the TrucklineMP community, with no history of:
- Harassment or toxic behavior.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Conflicts with other VTCs or the TrucklineMP team.
- Leadership Stability: Your VTC must have stable and responsible leadership that responds to moderation inquiries promptly.
Application Process
Section titled “Application Process”Partnered status is invitation-only or requires manual application review. The process differs from the Verified VTC Program.
How to Apply
Section titled “How to Apply”- Ensure Eligibility: Verify that your VTC meets all mandatory requirements listed above.
- Prepare Documentation: Gather the following information:
- VTC history and achievements.
- Membership statistics and activity metrics.
- Links to your VTC’s website, Discord, and social media.
- Examples of community contributions or collaborations.
- Submit Application: Contact the Truckline management team via:

- Review Process: Your application will be reviewed by the Truckline management team. This may take 2-4 weeks depending on the volume of applications.
- Decision Notification: You will be notified of the decision via your preferred contact method.
Invitations
Section titled “Invitations”The Truckline team may extend partnership invitations to VTCs that demonstrate exceptional quality and community contribution. These invitations are discretionary and do not require a formal application.
Benefits of Partnered Status
Section titled “Benefits of Partnered Status”Partnered VTCs receive all Verified VTC benefits, plus additional perks:

Partner Badge
Section titled “Partner Badge”- A purple “Partnered” badge is displayed prominently on your VTC profile.
- The badge appears alongside your Verified badge, signaling elite status.
- Description: “This VTC is a recognized Truckline partner.”
Featured Directory Placement
Section titled “Featured Directory Placement”- Partnered VTCs are featured at the top of the VTC directory.
- Your VTC receives enhanced visibility in search results and recommendations.
Event Priority
Section titled “Event Priority”- Partnered VTCs receive priority placement for official events and collaborations.
- Your events may be featured in the global news feed and promotional materials.
Priority Beta Tester Recruitment
Section titled “Priority Beta Tester Recruitment”- All members of Partnered VTCs receive priority status when applying to become TrucklineMP beta testers.
- This benefit also applies to Verified VTCs, but Partnered VTCs retain it as part of their elite status.
- Priority applies to every member of your VTC, not just leadership.
- Members must still complete the beta NDA verification process.
- Priority status is automatically applied when a member accepts the beta NDA using their linked Discord account.
Dedicated Support
Section titled “Dedicated Support”- Partnered VTCs have access to a dedicated support channel for urgent issues.
- Faster response times for moderation and technical support inquiries.
Collaboration Opportunities
Section titled “Collaboration Opportunities”- Partnered VTCs may be invited to participate in:
- Official TrucklineMP events and convoys.
- Cross-promotional campaigns with other Partnered VTCs.
- Beta testing for new platform features.
- Community ambassador programs.
Custom In-Game Livery
Section titled “Custom In-Game Livery”- Partnered VTCs may request a custom in-game truck livery featuring their VTC branding.
- You choose the design; the Truckline team implements it in-game after staff review and approval.
- All liveries must comply with the VTC Livery Guidelines.
- Liveries are a partnership perk — not available to Standard or Verified VTCs unless separately authorized.
- To request or update a livery, contact the partnerships team via Discord or [email protected] with your design assets and VTC details.
Rules for Maintaining Partnered Status
Section titled “Rules for Maintaining Partnered Status”Partnered status is a privilege that requires ongoing compliance with elevated standards.
Ongoing Requirements
Section titled “Ongoing Requirements”- Maintain Verified Status: You must continue to comply with all Verified VTC Program rules.
- Sustain Activity Levels: Your VTC must maintain at least 50 active members and demonstrate consistent activity.
- Uphold Community Standards: Your VTC must maintain a positive reputation and professional conduct.
- Respond to Inquiries: Leadership must respond to Truckline team inquiries within 48 hours.
- Participate in Community Events: Partnered VTCs are expected to participate in at least one official TrucklineMP event per quarter (when available).
- Maintain Livery Compliance: If your VTC has a custom in-game livery, it must remain compliant with the VTC Livery Guidelines. Staff may require changes or remove a livery that violates these rules.
Prohibited Actions
Section titled “Prohibited Actions”The following actions may result in immediate removal of partnered status:
- Violating the TrucklineMP Terms of Service or community guidelines.
- Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
- Losing Verified status due to rule violations.
- Failing to maintain the minimum activity or membership requirements.
- Misrepresenting your partnership status or using it for unauthorized purposes.
- Failing to respond to moderation inquiries within the required timeframe.
- Using the partnership for commercial exploitation without authorization.
- Submitting or maintaining a custom livery that violates the VTC Livery Guidelines.
Status Revocation
Section titled “Status Revocation”- Partnered status may be revoked by the Truckline management team at any time if your VTC fails to comply with these rules.
- If your partnered status is revoked, you will retain Verified status (if still eligible) but must reapply for partnership after addressing the issues.
- Revocation is not permanent, but you must demonstrate improvement and meet all eligibility requirements before reapplying.
Review Process
Section titled “Review Process”- Partnered VTCs are subject to periodic reviews (every 6-12 months) to ensure continued compliance with program standards.
- Reviews assess activity levels, community reputation, and adherence to rules.
- VTCs that fail to meet standards during a review may be placed on probation or have their partnership revoked.
Partnership Tiers
Section titled “Partnership Tiers”In the future, TrucklineMP may introduce partnership tiers (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum) with additional benefits and requirements. Details will be announced separately.

Section titled “How long does it take to become a Partnered VTC?”The review process typically takes 2-4 weeks after submitting a complete application. However, partnership is not guaranteed, and some applications may require additional review.
Can I apply for partnership without being verified?
Section titled “Can I apply for partnership without being verified?”No. Your VTC must already hold Verified status before applying for partnership.
Is there a cost for partnered status?
Section titled “Is there a cost for partnered status?”No. The Partnered VTC Program is free for all eligible VTCs.
Can I lose my partnered status?
Section titled “Can I lose my partnered status?”Yes. Partnered status may be revoked for violations of TrucklineMP rules, failure to maintain activity levels, or other breaches of the program requirements.
What happens if my VTC’s membership drops below 50?
Section titled “What happens if my VTC’s membership drops below 50?”You will be given a 30-day grace period to restore your membership to the required level. If your VTC remains below 50 active members after the grace period, your partnered status may be revoked.
Can Partnered VTCs collaborate with each other?
Section titled “Can Partnered VTCs collaborate with each other?”Yes. Partnered VTCs are encouraged to collaborate on events, convoys, and community initiatives. The Truckline team may facilitate introductions and provide support for collaborative projects.
Do Partnered VTCs receive financial compensation?
Section titled “Do Partnered VTCs receive financial compensation?”No. Partnership is a recognition of quality and community contribution, not a financial arrangement. However, Partnered VTCs may receive exclusive perks and opportunities.
Can Partnered VTCs get a custom in-game livery?
Section titled “Can Partnered VTCs get a custom in-game livery?”Yes. Partnered VTCs may request a custom in-game truck livery of their choice, subject to staff approval and the VTC Livery Guidelines. Contact the partnerships team to submit a design or request changes.
